An alliance is essentially a formal relationship between two parties, companies or individuals, for the two-win in the best way, as contributions to the relationship will be greater than the efforts that each company could do individually.

A partnership involving the businesses to large quantities, so that they share products, services (both those that they deliver, as they need), technology, logistics, risks and most importantly, they share both the economic aspect at the time of investment, and when expense and all this is to satisfy a business necessity to a broadly competitive market.

To make an alliance is necessary to analyze the objectives and rationale for seeking a development company to better analyze the strengths and weaknesses in the company to find and negotiate the conditions and situations that will be shared to achieve better cooperation of both parties, companies or individuals
